Group courses

• If the teacher is absent, make-up lessons are provided.
• Students receive an application form that must be completed and signed. Registrations by email are also valid.
• A group lesson for adults lasts two and a half hours.
• Courses continue with a minimum of six registrations.
• We work in groups of a maximum of 8 participants.
• There are no group lessons during the school holidays.
• Placement on the desired course is only final after payment has been received. Payment no later than one week before the start of the course.
• If the course is canceled by the teacher, the tuition fee will be refunded.
• Refunds after the start of the course are not possible. Exceptions are when moving outside the region or in case of long-term illness.
• You register in advance and pay for the entire course. It is not possible to follow part of the course .

 

        Private lessons

• There are no private lessons during school holidays.
• Private lessons are by appointment.
• A private lesson lasts an hour and a half.
• If one does not report in case of absence or illness for a lesson, the full tuition fee will be charged.
• For cancellations on the same day, prior to the lesson, 50% of the tuition fee will be charged.
• If you want to work on canvas, you have to bring this yourself.
• Certain drawing and painting materials are free to use in the studio. Of course you can always bring your own material.

        General

• The drawing studio is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
• There are no classes on Fridays.
• Students declare, either by signing the registration form or by payment, that they are familiar with the general terms and conditions.
• Tuition fees include 21% VAT.
• Includes use of:
  Graphite pencil
  Colored pencils
  Ecoline / aquatint, East Indian ink
  Gouache
  Gum, pencil sharpener
  kneadederaserPalettes, hair dryers, table easels
  Simple pastels and simple brushes
• Other materials must be brought along yourself.

       Further:

• Only the workshops on Saturday and private workshops include all material use.
• The use of aerosol cans is not allowed in the workshop.
• Please clean brushes and palettes in the white sink with green soap.
• Coats are hung on the coat rack in the hallway.
• Please park bicycles on the other side of the Ruitersweg, at the bicycle racks.
• It is not allowed to park in the parking lot in front of the studio. This is private property.
• The use of turpentine-based oil paint is not allowed.
• Corona: The studio is fully furnished according to the standards of the RIVM.
